Set in the heart of GemLife Highfields’ welcoming resort community, the pickleball courts have been carefully refreshed. First, the worn surface was assessed. Then, the team began the renewal process with tile removal and a new acrylic finish.
As a result, the courts now offer a vibrant, low-maintenance surface. More importantly, they’re ready for daily play, friendly matches, and new memories. Positioned alongside the club’s modern amenities, the space once again feels inviting and full of life.

Over time, the original pickleball court showed worn tiles and faded lines. Because of this, safety and playability began to decline. It was the right time for a refresh.
DURING PICKLEBALL COURT RESURFACING
First, the team methodically removed the existing tiles. This exposed the bare concrete slab and prepared the area for refurbishment.
Next, the concrete surface was fully cleared. The crew ensured the slab was clean and open, creating a solid base for the next stage.
Then, surface preparation began. The team carefully readied the concrete for direct application of acrylic paint, with no crack filling required.
AFTER PICKLEBALL COURT RESURFACING
Finally, a fresh coat of acrylic paint was rolled onto the slab. This step brought gentle colour and new life to the court. As a result, an ordinary surface became a welcoming space the community can enjoy every day.
