Covers integrity of base (not sub-base subsidence) it does not cover excess submergence or slow drainage is subject to normal wear and tear.

Storm: Rain events may cause storm damage are not included in this warranty.

Warranty is limited to replacement of materials, provision of any necessary labour and specialist equipment.  All other costs are to be borne by the owner.

Year 1 = 100% Year 2 = 65 % Year 3 = 33 % Year 4+= 0%

The above warranty applies provided:

The green is maintained in accordance with the Maintenance Schedule for the full warranty period, the correct vacuum must be used and correct chemicals.

 The green is used solely for the purpose intended i.e. Bowls.

Correct bowling equipment is used i.e. Flat sole shoes, bare or stocking feet, the correct wheelchair must be used. These chairs are available from Bioscapes Group Pty Ltd and are made in Brisbane especially for bowling greens both synthetic and turf.

Excessive dropping and/or dumping of bowls is restricted, this can damage the surface and the Sportcrete base top. Is not subject to misuse, abuse, vandalism or any circumstance outside normal parameters use and weather. 

Repair or service work not to be carried out by any party other than those approved by Bioscapes Group Pty Ltd
