INGENIA LIFESTYLE FULLERTON COVE
The community at Ingenia Lifestyle Fullerton Cove has welcomed two new recreational spaces, delivered by BIOScapes Group, and designed for both play and connection—a 35m x 10.2m Greengauge synthetic bowling green and a 125m² custom putting green. Built with durability and ease of use in mind, these spaces offer residents the chance to enjoy sport, leisure, and time together along the New South Wales coast.
Both facilities were designed and built to provide durable, low-maintenance spaces that support social connection, recreation, and active living within the community.
BEFORE & DURING BOWLING GREEN CONSTRUCTION
Mobilisation of equipment, establishment of safety controls, and initial sub-base survey
Profiling and shaping sub-base to achieve correct hip and valley configuration
Installation of new mega flow drain with 8 shower grate hook ups for effective subsurface drainage
AFTER BOWLING GREEN CONSTRUCTION
Pouring solid concrete strip footings along bowling green perimeter
Placement of first AS-200 geo-fabric liner, UM200 poly liner, and second geo-fabric layer for base moisture management
Installing GG3 6mm underlay and professionally fitted GG3 woven carpet. Final surface level checks, commissioning, and site clean-up
BEFORE – DURING – AFTER PUTTING GREEN CONSTRUCTION
Trenching and installation of 100mm agi sub-surface drainage for reliable water management. Application of drainage gravel to base and placement of AS140 geo-fabric for sub-base stability
Spreading and compacting premium crushed rock base for long-lasting support
Laying and installation of synthetic putting green turf to playing areas. Installation of 25mm-40mm natural-look synthetic grass to perimeter surrounds
