Stockland Halcyon Highlands has recently welcomed the completion of a new bowling green and acrylic pickleball court, adding fresh opportunities for residents to stay active and connect.
These spaces were created with everyday enjoyment in mind — places for friendly games, easy conversation, and moments that bring people together. It’s a simple addition, but one that quietly supports movement, laughter, and the steady rhythm of community life.
BEFORE & DURING CONSTRUCTION
After a careful site set-up and safety management. The PVC line is installed around the perimeter of the Green ready to handle any weather, season after season.
Concrete strip footings are installed, ready for the block wall and timber perimeter.
DURING CONSTRUCTION
Poly lining installed across the site. This layer helps to separate our engineered base design from other potentially harmful materials while assisting in the drainage of the green – an important step in building a bowling green designed for consistent performance and long-term community use.
With the Poly installed and protected with a GeoFabrics liner, the focus moves to preparing the base layer that will support draining and long-term performance.
AFTER CONSTRUCTION
Bowling Green completed with a GG3 Woven carpet system, finished to Australian and World bowls standards.
Pickleball court complete and ready to come to life. A space made for play, connection, and community enjoyment.
