TALLOWOOD MEDOWIE
Nestled within the tranquil Tallowood Estate at Medowie, in the Hunter Region, BIOScapes Group proudly delivered a 4-rink Greengauge GG3 synthetic bowling green and a quality tennis court. Working alongside Vivacity, we aimed to create recreation spaces that respect the local environment and bring the community together.
From the start, we balanced functionality with natural beauty. The bowling green sits beneath a protective SMSA roofline, so bowlers can enjoy reliable play in every season. Because we chose the advanced GG3 surface, the green meets a professional standard that holds up over time. Meanwhile, the nearby tennis court was crafted for all-weather use, making it accessible for everyone and blending naturally with the estate’s peaceful surrounds.
Importantly, this project marks a milestone for Vivacity’s first Over 55’s community. Now, Tallowood residents have a welcoming space to stay active, connect with others, and make lasting memories for many years ahead.
BEFORE – AFTER TENNIS COURT CONSTRUCTION
First, we cleared debris and laid fresh gravel. While machinery worked steadily, we focused on using premium materials and caring for the environment.
Next, the team shaped the court’s base with robust planning and strict safety measures. This careful work allowed the court to blend smoothly into the surrounding forest.
As progress continued, we installed vibrant synthetic turf and crisp playing lines. Because of the careful setup, the new net sits perfectly in the serene, natural setting. The result is a resilient, high-quality surface that welcomes players of all levels.
