The Bowls Premier League 22 (BPL22) is lighting up Club Pine Rivers in Queensland this week. The event brings together some of the best bowlers from Australia and around the world. The energy on the green is contagious, showing how bowls can bring people together through fun, friendship, and passion.

Often called the “Twenty20 of bowls”, this competition was designed to make bowls more engaging and accessible. Each match runs over two five-end sets, with a one-end tie-break if needed. The short format keeps every bowl packed with suspense and energy.

To make it even more thrilling, players have just 30 seconds to deliver the bowl after the jack is placed. The “Power Play” end doubles the score and adds a layer of smart strategy to every match. As a result, each game moves quickly and keeps fans on the edge of their seats.

With live coverage across Fox Sports, Kayo Sports, Sky Sport NZ, and Bowls Australia’s YouTube channel, fans across Australia and beyond can cheer from anywhere.

BIOScapes Supports Geelong Jets at BPL22

Running from October 27–31, 2024, the competition features twelve elite teams, including the Geelong Jets, proudly supported by BIOScapes. This year, BIOScapes logo can be seen on the Jets’ apparel — a small but meaningful sign of our ongoing support for the Australian bowls community.

As part of BIOScapes’s ongoing sponsorship program supporting local bowls clubs, our partnership with the Geelong Jets shows our dedication to growing community sport. We believe sport connects people, and we’re proud to play a part in that connection.

Supporting the Geelong Jets also aligns with our broader mission — helping communities thrive through thoughtful construction and well-built sporting facilities. Whether it’s a synthetic bowling green or a multi-purpose field, our work is all about creating places where people can come together, play, and belong.

As the Jets take to the green under the Queensland sun, We stand proudly behind them — celebrating teamwork, craftsmanship, and the spirit that keeps bowls thriving in Australia.

“It’s more than just a game. It’s about community, connection, and celebrating the passion that keeps this sport alive.”
